All of these changes are an attempt to become more balanced and well rounded. I slacked off on a lot of activities because I was so focused on making things, making things, making things! Nothing wrong with being focused like that but then I was cutting out the things that inspire me and keep me going. So, the next change is going back to the gym!
I haven't been in over 6 months. Not good. Not because I don't want to go but because I told myself it was cutting into my creative time. Really? It makes me feel better, gives me more energy and gets the juices flowing, so it will actually be helping my creativity! I first started going back 1 1/2 years ago. I lost 40lbs.
Last change, for now, is to spend more time in nature. This helps me feel more grounded and connected. Most of my creations are inspired by nature so I need to go there at least once a week!
